Ever feel like you are not getting enough greens?? Try this smoothie to boost your veggie count for the day.
2 Handfuls of SPINACH
2 Handfuls of KALE
1 BELL PEPPER (you can use any color pepper depending on what you like (RED, YELLOW, GREEN, ORANGE))
1 HEAD OF ROMAINE LETTUCE (This is optional, you are already getting a TON of greens in this drink, but if you know you will be eating some 'not so healthy' foods for the rest of your day go ahead and throw this one in)
1 APPLE
1 PEACH (This will take some of the 'greenie taste' out of the smoothie)
3 CUPS POMEGRANATE JUICE
2 CUPS WATER
Throw it all in the blender and blend away.
Pour into a glass with a few cubes of ice.
