Hi All!  We had an awesome donation of 10 laptops to the program a few weeks ago.  The only issue  is they didn't come with power cords.  They are all Dell Laptops which need a 90W power cord.  This is what i need YOU to do; 
1.  Look through your drawers, bins, computer bags, etc for 90W power cords. 
2.  Contact me if you find any and want to donate them to the program:  [email protected]
3.  Ship them to me

All these laptops have already been marked for new homes some here in the US and some in AFRICA!  This is the last piece needed before I can ship them out.

I started this project 6 years ago with one goal in mind to give laptops/computers out to students to help them use technology to further their learning experience.  This week i am giving away my 200th device!  I wanted to thank everyone who has helped the program and look forward to 300 devices given away!

Hi All!

I have 4 DESKTOP computers with Monitors, keyboard, mouse ready to roll out the door!  Only problem i am having currently is finding folks who need a desktop computer.  If your school, club, tribe would like to build out a lab/classroom please give me a shout [email protected] i would love to help provide desktops to your cause!

I have received a request for a few laptops bound for the SUDAN in North Africa.  This is where YOU come in.  We need laptops for this journey.  I have 2 ready now, but I am trying to send at least 5 (10 would be great)!  If you have any laptops with wifi functionality you would like to donate shoot me an email:   [email protected]

Getting computer donations is the first step.  The next one is cleaning and repairing the laptops.   Here is what a typical laptop looks like when it comes in: 

After removing stickers, cleaning the screen, getting the crumbs out of the keyboard, and making sure everything is in working order the Operating system gets installed. 

And sometimes it is really involved.
