Hello all, made a tropical smoothie a few days ago and thought I would share what I put in it. This is a great smoothie for summer days or as a nice light drink for the afternoon.

Over the last 5 months I have totally changed my eating and work out habits.
I have gone from eating everything under the sun (meat, processed foods, fast food, etc) to eating mostly whole food (fruits and veggies). There are occasions when I eat meat and fast food (gasp). During my transformation I have lost 30 pounds going from 210 to 180 the last I checked.
