From this to that

Getting computer donations is the first step.  The next one is cleaning and repairing the laptops.   Here is what a typical laptop looks like when it comes in: 

After removing stickers, cleaning the screen, getting the crumbs out of the keyboard, and making sure everything is in working order the Operating system gets installed. 

And sometimes it is really involved.
